Each month, two (2) North America Intermec Partners can win $500 in IPC Marketing Credit by leveraging IPC resources. Partners that initiate any Intermec focused marketing activity between April 1 and September 30, 2013 will earn one entry at start and one entry at the close of each engagement.

The random drawings will be held on the 10th day of each month beginning on 5/10/13 and ending on 10/10/13. IPC Marketing Credit must be used by December 31, 2013. This promotion is valid for North America Intermec Platinum, Gold, and Silver Partners only.

IPC projects must be initiated between April 1 and September 30, 2013. All $500 IPC Marketing Credits must be used by and will expire on December 31, 2013. IPC has the right to amend or cancel this promotion without prior notification.

 


Official Rules
By participating in this drawing, you agree to be bound by these rules. The sponsor of this drawing is Intermec Partner Concierge (IPC) operated by Sphere Enterprises, Inc. (SEI) on behalf of Intermec Technologies Corporation (“Intermec”) and it’s affiliates.

To be eligible for entry, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal U.S. resident. Employees of SEI, Intermec and its affiliated companies and their family members are not eligible to win. This drawing is void in Florida, New York and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Entries may be submitted by: North American Intermec Partners that initiate and complete any IPC activity between April 1 and September 30, 2013 will earn an entry into the random drawing. IPC activities are listed on the Intermec Partner Concierge website. Partners can also receive an entry into the drawing by sending a request to: SEI, PO Box 13393, Tempe, AZ 85284-005. One entry per Partner per month.

One entry per person, per month, additional entries will be disqualified. $500 in IPC Marketing Credit (“prize(s)”) will be given away to two (2) valid entrant(s) each month. No substitution or cash equivalent for the prize will be awarded. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Each month, two (2) winners will be selected by random drawing at 10:00AM PST on the following dates: May 10, 2013, June 10, 2013, July 10, 2013, August 12, 2013, September 10, 2013, October 10, 2013.

The prospective winners will be contacted by e-mail within 5 business days after drawing and will have 10 business days to verify eligibility and claim the prize. If a prospective winner is ineligible or fails to respond, another winner may be selected.

IPC is not responsible for late, incomplete or ineligible entries or for any technical or communications failures, even if this limits your ability to participate in the drawing. You release and agree to hold harmless IPC and its affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees and agents from any liability for loss, property damage or injury to persons arising out of your participating in the drawing or the receipt, use or misuse of the prize. Winner is responsible for any tax obligations arising as a result of the prize.

IPC reserves the right (subject to any required government approval) to amend the terms of this drawing without prior notice and/or to cancel, terminate or modify the drawing if it is not capable of being completed as planned, including by reason of computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond its control.

For the name of the winner(s), mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to SEI, IPC Marketing Team, PO Box 13393, Tempe, AZ 85284-005. All decisions of IPC regarding this drawing are final.
